At Shelby Mechanical, we completed a comprehensive plumbing and gas installation for this new facility. Our team managed underground, rough, and finish plumbing while coordinating with other trades. We ensured the successful integration of new systems with the existing infrastructure, delivering durable, code-compliant solutions for this commercial space.
Scope of Work
Restroom Fixtures
- Installed seven (7) standard flush-valve toilets, two (2) ADA-compliant flush-valve toilets and three (3) urinals.
- Installed nine (9) wall-mounted lavatories with faucet, mixing valve, and trap wrap.
Additional Fixtures
- One (1) floor drain with Sure Seal trap inserts
- Two (2) stainless-steel floor sinks
- One (1) in-wall laundry box with drain and water supply
- Two (2) HiLo drinking fountains with bottle fillers
- One (1) stainless-steel undermount sink S-1 with faucet and mixing valve
- One (1) stainless-steel drop-in sink S-2 with faucet, mixing valve, and light-duty garbage disposal
Specialty Installations
- Pet washing station for dog kennels
- Shower installation: installed shower pan, drain, rough-in box, diverter, shower head, and slide bar.
Insulation & Condensate
- Supplied and installed black foam Armaflex pipe insulation on all newly installed water lines.
- Ran ¾” condensate piping at four (4) locations per print to exterior and floor drain.
Gas Line Installation
- Ran a new 3” max gas pipe from the mechanical room to five (5) furnaces and four (4) rooftop units (RTUs).
- Included black iron pipe, fittings, shut-offs, regulators, and gas pipe labeling.
